Understanding client organizational structures is critical to the integrator’s sales and consulting process, and the sales team needed a simple yet powerful solution to build customer org charts and capture client contact data. These org charts had to be easy to update and flexible enough to use for prospecting, account planning, and project management.

He began by importing customer personnel information into Organimi charts, displaying org structures, business units, and reporting relationships. A big test for Organimi came early on when the integrator needed a client org chart mapping out over 200 contacts.

It was critical for the solution to easily scale to support large amounts of records. “I couldn’t afford to enter a lot of contacts, then start over,” says the sales leader.
