The Ratehub Human Resources team needed an org chart solution that was simple to use and provided intuitive, easy-to-understand org charts. Along with basic employee information, the Ratehub team needed space to include each employee’s accountabilities, which were frequently updated by the employee’s manager.
Prior to Organimi, the Ratehub HR team built org charts manually using various office productivity tools. These charts took significant time to create, and updating them was an ongoing, time-consuming task.
Once completed, the org charts were sometimes difficult to interpret and couldn’t accommodate all the secondary information — including accountabilities — that the HR team wished to include. This limited the charts’ usefulness as proactive management tools.
