With over 300 employees in North America and an ever-evolving workforce, the Canadian HR team—particularly on the recruitment side—needed a solution that would help them visualize reporting structures clearly, share updates with leadership, and support planning during times of organizational change.

Today, she pulls data from Dayforce to populate and maintain their charts in Organimi.

Organimi’s powerful visualization features, such as department labeling and color coding, allow Arshee to easily distinguish teams and reporting lines. The ability to add departments, individual employees, and special roles like Executive Assistants has been particularly valuable. She regularly updates the charts to reflect employee changes—like names, titles, or locations—and shares them with the Chief Human Resources Officer and Director of HR for approval. Once finalized, the charts are published to the company intranet for broader visibility.
