Within North America, their HR team manages operations across the USA, Canada, Mexico, and French Polynesia, supporting cargo, commercial, and engineering functions.

Business Challenge

Air France’s HR team needed a faster, more scalable way to manage and maintain organizational structures across multiple regions and departments.
