What payment methods can I use?
We accept payment by all major credit cards(VISA, Amex, and Mastercard). For Pro and Enterprise plans PO and wire transfer options are available.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at anytime. When upgrading, the amount will be prorated, so you will only be paying the difference between your current plan and unused time on your new plan.
What type of chart options do you offer?
We offer three different chart options (with more launching soon). Matrix / Project Team charts, Traditional / Hierarchal charts, Accountability charts, Feedback Charts, and more!
What are Organimi’s implementation packages?

What is Organimi Connect?
Organimi Connect is where all of our integrations live! It comes with pre-built connectors for Microsoft, Google, and Salesforce and through these direct connections your charts will always stay up to date.
How can I integrate Organimi with my HR software or SSO Application?
You can integrate Organimi with select systems to update automatically through Organimi’s API. If not listed, you can integrate Organimi with any HR management system as long as it provides a CSV or Excel output.
What direct integrations do you offer?
We offer direct integrations with Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Azure Active Directory, Sharepoint, and Salesforce in our Premium plan.
Is my data secure? What regional hosting options do you have?
We don’t share, sell, use or otherwise expose your personal data in any way. Organimi is hosted on Amazon AWS with regional hosting options for Americas, Europe, and Asia.
