Previously, Fetch by The Dodo used their HRM system to create org charts. With that system, the charts were difficult and time-consuming to build and maintain and were limited in functionality. For example, Fetch needed to capture both employees and contractors in its org chart, and the HRM system could not accommodate contractors. Using legacy applications like Excel or Powerpoint required painstaking manual input and was also not a viable option.
